Day 1: San Jose
Welcome to Costa Rica! Arrival to the capital of Costa Rica, where one of our representatives will be waiting at the International Airport to transport you to the hotel. Lodging in San Jose.Day 2: San José – Tortuguero
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. In this day we departure early towards Tortugero, taking the Braulio Carrillo highway, which is going to show us its majestic nature. We´ll stop in Guapiles to take a delicious breakfast, and then continue the route until our destination, which it will start in a boat adventure that will allow us to see the big variety of flora and fauna that the zone posess. In the afternoon, we’ll be getting to the town of Tortugero, where we can appreciate the variety of handicrafts and souvenirs. Lodging in Tortugero.Day 3: Tortuguero
Full Board Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. A new day, in which we’ll start with a hike in the trails of the hotel, where you’re going to be able to appreciate the incredible tropical jungle, where the lovers of nature are going to watch different species of birds, mammals and reptiles. In the afternoon we’ll continue to observe the wonders of the caribbean in our travel by the Tortugero Canals. Lodging in Tortugero.Day 4: Tortuguero – Puerto Viejo
Breakfast. Departure towards Puerto Viejo of Talamanca, in the South Caribbean of Costa Rica. One of the areas that conserves best its caribbean charm. If the rental car option was chosen this will be the day the car will be given to you, in the town of Guapiles. Lodging in Puerto ViejoDay 5: Puerto Viejo
Breakfast. From the Puerto Viejo area to the little town of Manzanillo, the classic arquitechture its still on foot. People that recently have come to live in this area, have procured to maintain and respect this vibe, by building new constructions with the local spirit. Lodging in Puerto Viejo.Day 6: Puerto Viejo – Arenal
Breakfast. We’ll be on our way out of Puerto Viejo towards La Fortuna San Carlos, home of the imponent Arenal Volcano. During this ride you’re going to learn a little bit more of Costa Rica and its beautiful landscapes and people. Arenal is approximately 151km from San Jose. The area possess a humid tropical weather with cold nights and an average temperature of 19ºC or 66.2ºF. Lodging in Arenal.Day 7: Arenal
Breakfast. Day off to get to know the area and even perform activities like: ATV rental, hanging bridges, ziplines, visit of the Cavernas de Venado or La Fortuna waterfalls. There are a lot of activities to do in this lush área. Lodging in Arenal.Day 8: Arenal Volcano – Monteverde
Breakfast. On this day we’ll be moved to the montanious Monteverde, which have won international recognition as one of the most outstaning santuaries of wildlife in the tropic. The transportation is going to be made by a system of Car-Boat-Car that consists in moving by land towards the Arenal Lake, then by boat and after that moving by land again towards Monteverde, in the way we’ll watch beautiful landscapes. Breakfast. Day off to enjoy the weather and the mountains of Monteverde, that produces an amazing biodiversity, around 400 species of birds, more of 100 species of mammals, 120 species of reptiles, amd around 2,500 species of plants, that makes Monteverde a true wildlife paradise. There are other activities that are offered in this zone, like hiking, hanging bridges, ziplines, horseback riding, coffee tours, butterfly, snake and frog farms, etc. Lodging in Monteverde.Day 10: Monteverde- Guanacaste
Breakfast. This day you’ll be transported to the Pacific Coast. Guanacaste is one of the best beach locations in Costa Rica. Here you can enjoy of activities like world class fishing in the deep waters to catch fishes like Marlin, Tuna, and sword fish. Choose between a great variety of water sports like snorkeling, diving, kayak, and stand up paddle, among others. For those who want to get out of the beach and discover the jungle and the wildlife in Guanacaste, you’ll have to visit one of the National Parks, Santa Rosa and Palo Verde. Breakfast. Day Off to enjoy the dreamy days of summer and numerous warm beaches with their turquoise color waters, either performing the different activities or simply by relaxing in the hotel facilities. Lodging in Guanacaste.Day 12: Guanacaste – San José
Breakfast. During the morning we’ll enjoy the beautiful beach for last time and in the afternoon we’ll get on our way to San Jose to spend one last night. If you chose the rental car option, you’ll have to deliever the car to one of our representatives that will get to your hotel. Lodging in San Jose.Day 13: San José – International Airport
Breakfast. One of our representatives will take you to the Juan Santamaria International Airport at the indicated hour.Includes:

This program counts with suggested hotels, however if for any reason we did not have space, it would be changed to a similar hotel. The following extras will be added: ARENAL, in case of using Arenal Country Inn in special season, add $30 per adult for package. And in case of Monteverde, if you want to reserve Heliconia and travel with kids add $80 to the package in case the kid is 11 years old or younger. Please indicate if any traveler has allergies of any problema with food. In case of requiring any extra for a service that sould be added it will be notified with anticipation. Rates per person are in US dollars. Extra beds have an additional cost and are subject of availability. Regular transfers and trips have a established schedule and are operated with 2 people minimum and can be changed with no early warning. Because of intern regulations of the Juan Santamaria International Airport, the passengers have to be 4 hours early for the departure of the flight. The person that signs the contract for the car rental must have international embossed credit cards for the guarantee deposit (required) and AMEX, VISA AND MASTERCARD are accepted. NO DEBIT.
