New 3 Ecosystems: Amazônia, Cerrado and Pantanal

The mythical Amazon can only be described with superlatives. It covers an area of over 5 million square kilometers, 80% of which is in Brazilian territory, spanning across eight states, one of which is the state of Mato Grosso. It is the largest and best-preserved region of tropical rainforest in the world. Within this vast area, an extensive drainage system of over a thousand rivers flows, representing 20% of the world's surface freshwater.
