Here they sell national clothes, amulets, Mayan ritual masks, shawls, wool blankets and bedspreads, various souvenirs. Everything is very bright, unusual. The wonderful climate makes its visit a very pleasant event, and several old churches are its hallmark.

The main local attraction is the largest market in the country, and according to some sources, in the whole of Central America, which the locals call "Chichi". He works two days a week: on Thursdays and Sundays. On Sunday, a religious procession takes place along the main street to the church, after which chickens are sacrificed. Flowers are sold on the steps of the temple erected on the ruins of the Mayan pyramid.
